Membership in FMBA is limited to attorneys who may be a member of any State Bar or other delegated licensing agency and to law students. Attorneys are required to pay annual dues by the 30th day of the fiscal year. The fiscal year for FMBA runs from July 1st to June 30th. The current dues are $100 for attorneys in private practice and $50 for attorneys in government or non-profit practice. Student members are not required to pay dues but are asked to donate 10 hours of service per year to FMBA. FMBA does not discriminate, disallow, or preclude the membership of anyone who may be otherwise qualified under the FMBA By-Laws on the basis of religion, gender, race, ethnicity, color, political affiliation, or sexual orientation. Suspension and/or disbarrment by any state or federal bar may result in suspension or removal/cancellation of membership as appropriate. Please refer to the FMBA By-Laws for more information. To become a member or renew your membership online using a credit card, please complete and submit the online membership form and the subsequent payment form. Alternatively, you may complete, print, and mail the attached form with a check. Please make the check payable to "FMBA" for the appropriate amount and mail with the completed membership form to: FMBA, P.O. Box 260477, Pembroke Pines, FL 33026. Your membership will not be active or complete until both the completed membership form and payment is received. Current members must also submit the completed form with their payment in order to renew membership.
